For over 10 years, Comfort Pilates has helped Hill Country residents find balance, discover personal strength, and achieve better health goals. We use a combination of strength training and aerobic exercise to achieve a total body workout. Owner Cheryl Wilson is a member of Pilates Method Alliance and certified through Power Pilates. With over 10 years of experience in teaching Pilates and a life-long athlete, Cheryl understands the science associated with exercise physiology and how to help clients find life-long health.

At Comfort Pilates, clients receive one-on-one training at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. With this singular focus, our clients know they are getting the kind of focused workout they just can’t receive in a large group class setting.
